The Company is seeking a Vice President, Controller to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Finance Leadership Team, with a primary focus on leading the Accounting and Controllership organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing all accounting functions, including the preparation of consolidated financial statements, technical accounting, internal controls, and tax compliance. The Controller will also be a strategic business partner, collaborating with finance, sales, marketing, and operations to provide insights into business performance and drive company growth. A strong emphasis is placed on building and leading a high-performing team, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial results, and maintaining a robust financial infrastructure to support the company's operations.
Applicants for the Vice President, Controller position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a CPA or MBA required. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, particularly within a public company or private equity environment, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in M&A and transaction valuation accounting, as well as experience in IPOs and a deep understanding of SEC reporting requirements.
