About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Group Reporting to lead the strategic direction of external financial reporting and technical accounting functions. This pivotal role is focused on ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, as well as driving excellence in financial governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of senior finance professionals, providing mentorship, and managing all aspects of the preparation and review of quarterly and annual reporting. Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with external auditors, leading technical accounting research, and owning global accounting policies. The role also involves leading documentation and evaluation of internal controls over financial reporting and serving as a trusted advisor on technical accounting matters.

Candidates for the Vice President, Group Reporting position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA, and a Master’s degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience, including Big 4 public accounting and senior leadership roles in a public company, is required, with at least 5 years' of recent SEC reporting experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and technical accounting, as well as a proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to influence senior collaborators. The role demands a professional with in-depth knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, internal control frameworks, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
