This role drives data-driven insights, optimizes core HR processes, and enhances our HR technology stack. The position supports building a scalable, global HR infrastructure by moving from execution to analysis, modeling, and strategic improvement. This role provides analytical support to the global team and ensures operational excellence and integrity of the People function. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, with a strong background in data, systems, and process improvement. This position reports to the Director, Global Compensation & Operations. What You'll Achieve Responsibilities

People Analytics & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards to track key people metrics and inform business strategy. Analyze trends across the employee lifecycle (hiring, promotions, transfers, separations) to provide actionable insights. Fulfill ad hoc and complex requests for people data, reports, and analyses from stakeholders across the organization. Serve as the primary liaison for payroll, summarizing and validating data for bi-weekly North America payroll adjustments. HRIS & Data Governance Subject matter expert for the HR technology stack, focusing on HRIS (ADP) and people ops platforms (ChartHop). Maintain data integrity across People systems; audit lifecycle data changes for accuracy. Manage data flows between systems (e.g., ADP and ChartHop) and lead regular data audits to identify and implement fixes. Assist in testing and implementing new HR system features and integrations; support annual performance reviews and compensation planning. Support annual salary survey data submissions and ad hoc compensation benchmarking as needed. Create and maintain a central catalog of incentive plans with clear documentation and naming conventions; manage administration and tracking of all company incentive plans. Partner with Compensation and Finance to model, calculate, and process incentive payouts and improve plan design and communication. Process Automation & Strategic Improvement Lead efforts to identify, document, and streamline manual People Operations processes and data flows. Scope and support 1–3 key process improvements quarterly, managing projects of varying complexity. Collaborate with the People team and cross-functional partners to refine procedures and improve the employee experience. Champion the use of technology to create a more efficient and user-friendly experience for all team members. Back Up / Escalation Provide backup for administrative components of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, to ensure a smooth and compliant experience. Perform regular audits and analyses of employee files in ChartHop. Serve as an escalation point for complex employee inquiries, delivering timely, empathetic, and accurate support. Qualifications & Skills Experience Approximately 5+ years in a highly analytical role (People Analytics, Compensation, Finance, HRIS, or related). Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field (e.g., I/O Psychology, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics) is highly desirable. Advanced experience with HRIS systems; specific experience with ADP, Greenhouse, and ChartHop is a strong plus. Skills Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Excellent attention to detail and data integrity. Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Excel, including data modeling and analysis. Experience contributing to process automation and strategic improvements. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information. Resourceful problem-solver who can work autonomously. What We Offer GumGum offers competitive base pay as part of a total rewards package, including benefits, recognition, development, and wellness. The base pay range for this role is estimated at $81,000–$99,500 annually. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, location, and market conditions.
