Position Summary Antora is hiring a hands-on “surge problem solver” to jump into our highest-priority, highest-ambiguity challenges and drive them to closure. This person blends technical program leadership, rigorous project controls, and cross-functional influence to accelerate outcomes across engineering lifecycles, manufacturing & supply-chain ramps, customer project development/execution and critical commercial/finance sprints. You’ll establish lightweight but durable operating rhythms, turn unknowns into executable plans, and advance mission-critical initiatives. You will report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with leaders and stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing operations, commercial, finance, and customer project teams. The level of this position is flexible and dependent on the impact each candidate can contribute based on their abilities and experiences. Responsibilities
Accelerate critical path programs Serve as our “surge problem solver” Take ownership of urgent, ambiguous workstreams; define scope, surface blockers, sequence the work, and drive to measurable outcomes Set up project structures that keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable on the highest priorities Assemble a tiger team and convene right stakeholders to resolve any issues or blockers that come up Build and maintain an integrated master schedule and drive decision making Manufacturing & supply chain: Operationalize compliance and documentation for markets and growth transactions Assess, strategize and help execute “vertical integration” for some of our supply chain by building out our own capabilities for key components Support next-site selection and capacity ramp plans; enable sourcing and supplier readiness Strategic projects: Coordinate cross-functional inputs for growth transactions, final investment decision (FID) packages, major customer deals; close gaps and drive to decision/signature Support development of book & claim instrument for heat and land offtakes with major corporate customers Support the execution of the international expansion strategy Ideate and execute creative partnerships that open opportunities for Antora Required Skills & Experiences
5–10+ years delivering complex, cross-functional programs in environments that blend technical, operational, and commercial/financial work (e.g., industrial projects, engineering/procurement/construction (EPC), manufacturing ramp, technical program management). Proven ability to engage deeply with engineers and operators (read drawings, process flows, and schedules; understand interfaces and critical paths). Exceptional de-bottlenecking track record in complex, multi-disciplinary, first-of-a-kind product, manufacturing (or industrial) start-up environments. Demonstrated cross-functional influencing and stakeholder management abilities across all levels (internally and externally) - brings diversified experiences demonstrating strong negotiation and decision-making facilitation skills. Clear and effective communicator with a bias for action and a high-level of ownership. Previous experience managing first-of-a-kind projects requiring construction and commissioning practices in the manufacturing sector. Ability to orchestrate compliance for policy-driven requirements and with the organizational discipline to stand up documentation that withstands diligence/audit. Willingness to travel to sites and partners on short notice. Work Location Onsite - San Jose, CA Compensation
Salary Range: $174,000 USD - $210,000 USD Salary Basis: Annual Salary range is for the SF Bay Area. Actual salary offered will be within the posted range and determined based on factors including but not limited to experiences, credentials and expertise relevant to the position.
