The Arthrex Experience team works closely with Arthrex business units, sales agency partners and Innovation Hotel leadership to improve, support and deliver the Arthrex Experience. We are searching for an intern pursuing a Business or Hospitality degree to assist the Arthrex Experience team in Naples, FL. The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented, comfortable with public speaking and highly self-motivated. This internship will run from January 2026 – April 2026. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work at least 25 hours per week at our Naples, FL facility. Main Objective: To support the Arthrex Experience and Communication teams through planning, logistics and special projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support corporate tours for New Hire Orientation and Intern/Co-op Program. Assist with visitor scheduling and day of logistics. Monitor team inbox and triage requests as needed. Assist in creation and review of Marketing and Communications asset requests. Partner with stakeholders on various ongoing tasks and projects including but not limited to education materials and training guides for sales agencies. Education and Experience: Progress towards a college degree required, preferably in Business, Communications, Marketing or Hospitality. A college junior or above required. (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.) Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training: Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction. Strong organizational skills, detailed-oriented and strong public speaking skills required. Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills: PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
