Provide timely resolution
of manufacturing process and product design problems, including investigations, statistical studies, and corrective action planning.
Create cost-effective
and safe manufacturing processes, equipment, and tools to improve manufacturing operations.
Design manufacturing flow lines , workstation layouts, and station controls that optimize efficiency, operating costs, and product quality.
Uphold manufacturing standards
including machine capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings, and cycle times.
Generate work instructions , job breakdowns, and standardized work to ensure quality at the source meets product and manufacturing specifications given local needs.
Serve as a voice of the customer
for input for new design development.
Partner with on-site EHS
(Environment, Health, and Safety) to ensure all equipment meets safety regulations compliant with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). in Engineering or related technical disciplines
Ability to accurately assess
manufacturing issues related to process and design

PFMEA experience preferred

Compensation: Base Pay Range: $65,000-$95,000 Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
