Responsibilities for the Hotel Food and Beverage Manager include:
A Food and Beverage Manager at the Hyatt Regency Denver Aurora Conference Center is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel's food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional guest experience and financial profitability.
Operational Oversight: Managing daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and banquet facilities to ensure high-quality service and compliance with health and safety regulations. Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising food and beverage staff, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting teamwork. Financial Management: Developing and managing budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue through effective pricing and promotional strategies. Inventory Control: Overseeing inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste. Guest Satisfaction: Addressing guest inquiries and complaints promptly, striving to maintain high satisfaction levels. What We are Looking for in a Hotel Food and Beverage Manager include:
High school diploma or equivalent Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly. Applicants should have flexibility to work weekends & holidays
