About the Company A growing civil construction and site development firm is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead complex land development and municipal infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of field-driven experience, with a background in sitework and utility-heavy scopes. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with an organization known for high-volume ground-up development and in-house self-performance capabilities. You'll report directly to executive leadership and work cross-functionally with internal teams, subcontractors, municipal contacts, and ownership groups to move projects forward efficiently. About the Role This is a high-impact leadership role offering visibility, autonomy, and the ability to influence the success of multiple concurrent builds. Responsibilities : Plan, schedule, and manage civil construction projects up to $10M+ Oversee job site operations, field teams, and subcontractor coordination Review estimates, change orders, and budgets to maintain cost control Lead client and vendor communications from preconstruction through closeout Track project milestones, inspections, and quality standards Supervise staff assignments and support field personnel performance Qualifications : 10+ years of site development or heavy civil construction experience Strong background in land development, municipal utilities, and infrastructure Proven ability to manage field teams and self-perform scopes when needed Proficient in project management tools, estimating software, and blueprint reading Excellent communication and leadership skills across all project phases Preferred Skills : Experience with high-volume ground-up development Familiarity with municipal regulations and compliance Pay range and compensation package : Competitive compensation offered based on experience.
