In this role, you will design and deliver custom apps, streamline processes with Power Automate, and build integrations with enterprise systems. Your work will enable staff to work more efficiently and provide leadership with actionable, data-driven insights. On-Site in Norfolk, VA - Active security clearance at the

level (or eligibility) required. Key Responsibilities
Travel Solutions: Develop and maintain Power Apps based tools to manage travel processes, capture historical data, and generate insights. System Integrations: Enhance existing SharePoint/Power Automate solutions and deliver standardized planning tools. Implement API integrations with enterprise finance/ERP systems. Portal Enhancements: Expand functionality with travel claim support, desk booking, and automated leadership notifications. HR Automation: Create and support SharePoint-based HR tools, workforce planning dashboards, and existing PowerApps. Business Process Automation: Build workflows to streamline administrative and legal processes, providing in-house expertise on solution design. Support ongoing digital transformation efforts and perform related tasks as assigned. Qualifications
5+ years of Microsoft software development/DevOps experience (or equivalent degree). 3+ years of recent, hands-on work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. 3+ years of SharePoint Online development and customization. Strong background in API integrations, ideally within secure or constrained environments. Familiarity with Power Platform governance frameworks (environment strategy, security, DLP policies). Active security clearance at the SECRET level (or eligibility). Ideal Candidate
Skilled at analyzing complex requirements and turning them into practical, scalable solutions. Excellent communicator with experience briefing senior stakeholders and collaborating across diverse teams. Detail-oriented, security-minded, and experienced working with sensitive information. Background in multinational, government, defense, or policy-driven organizations is highly valued. Adaptive and hands-on, able to deliver in fast-paced, evolving environments. Employment details
