Responsibilities Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and handle cash according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures. Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives. Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; support shrink reduction goals. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors; prior retail customer experience preferred.
