We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager for Cranial Navigation to lead downstream marketing initiatives for one of Medtronic’s flagship platforms: StealthStation. You’ll develop and execute strategic marketing plans, manage pricing and budget, and craft compelling stories that resonate with customers and leadership alike. Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plan for demand generation, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategy. Define and evolve the value proposition and stakeholder strategy in alignment with customer feedback, clinical needs, and business goals. Own pricing strategy, product lifecycle management, and ensure StealthStation remains competitive and relevant. Drive launch planning and execution, omnichannel strategy, and sales enablement to maximize commercial success. Collaborate cross-functionally to support contracting strategy, optimize channel effectiveness, and fuel sales performance. Execute marketing programs focused on customer acquisition, retention, and integrating voice-of-customer insights. Lead event and convention marketing efforts to elevate brand presence and engage key audiences. Prepare and present compelling, data-driven updates to leadership using strategic storytelling to drive alignment and action. Travel requirement: Up to 30%. Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Nice to Have

Experience in medical devices or healthcare technology MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field. Proven success in downstream marketing, product launches, and customer engagement strategies. Strong experience in downstream marketing for surgical navigation, robotics, or medical software. Experience with neurosurgical procedures, such as brain tumor removal, deep brain stimulation, hydrocephalus, or navigation technologies. Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): 132,800.00 - 199,200.00. This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
