The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of progressive people leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in strategic planning, execution, and a strong understanding of workforce dynamics. They should possess excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Experience in change management, organizational development, and a willingness to travel to support national operations are also essential.
