About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to spearhead the establishment and growth of a centralized FP&A function. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the financial strategy, reporting, and decision support across the enterprise, which is currently undergoing digital and operational transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the FP&A team, defining and implementing standardized planning and reporting processes, and leading the financial transformation roadmap in partnership with the CFO and COO. A key aspect of the role is to bring rigor to the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, and to ensure strong business partnership with executive leadership.
Applicants for the Vice President of FP&A position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis. The role requires a proven track record in leading a multi-division or multi-unit FP&A function, with a background in industries such as agriculture, homebuilding, manufacturing, or real estate being advantageous. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern FP&A platforms, strong ERP, Power BI, and Excel modeling skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities. Key responsibilities also include leading the zero-based budgeting process, developing forecasting models, and providing insights to support decision-making at both corporate and business unit levels.
