As Business Development Director, you’ll drive growth in North America by leading end-to-end sales for e-discovery, DSAR, and contracting solutions, positioning the company as a key partner for legal services. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business growth in North America, with a focus on e-discovery, DSAR, and contracting solutions. Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and deal closure. Build and manage relationships with senior legal executives (General Counsels, Heads of Legal). Deliver high-impact presentations, positioning managed legal services as essential solutions. Stay ahead of industry trends, manage a strong pipeline, and provide regular updates to leadership. Must have’s: Proven track record in ALSP or legal tech sales — 7+ years of success closing high-value, complex deals. Strong relationships with senior legal executives — especially General Counsels and Heads of Legal. Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles — independently driving the process from first outreach to contract closure. Sound like you?
