Build your future with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring for CAD Technician in West Chester, PA As a CAD Technician you will: To prepare CAD drawings using customer proprietary applications. Function as a quality checkpoint for all CAD drawings. Perform Telecom OSP Records pre-posting and final posting utilizing IDDS. Work closely with field engineers; prepare complete engineering drawings and associated documentation in compliance with company and client policies. Generate work prints for construction ready work packages. The ideal candidate will have: Must have a strong working knowledge of Drafting using proprietary applications, strong analytical skills, understanding of design methods in telecommunications. Working knowledge of IDDS, ICGS, FIMS, PRS, Windows Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat. Good computer, communication and visualization skills needed to work from engineering sketches and documents. Must be detailed oriented. Requires minimum of five years’ experience in outside plant records drafting. Schedule: 1st Shift: 7:30 am – 3:30 pm (Monday – Friday) Location: West Chester, PA Thank You!
