Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Supervisor to lead daily operations across shipping, receiving, warehousing, and material handling. This is a hands-on leadership role that plays a key part in ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely flow of materials through the facility-supporting both internal production and external customer needs. This role offers the opportunity to lead a cross-functional team with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate closely with other supervisors and departments to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and materials handling operations Ensure materials are accurately picked and delivered to production in a safe and timely manner Maintain inventory accuracy and support on-time delivery performance through standardized processes Monitor and improve operational KPIs related to safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency Coach and mentor team members to promote a collaborative, productive, and accountable work culture Address and resolve team performance issues through guidance, coaching, and appropriate corrective action Work cross-functionally with other departments and supervisors to streamline workflows and solve operational challenges Champion continuous improvement initiatives in safety practices, material flow, and warehouse organization Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred Previous leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations is required Solid understanding of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and inventory management practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ERP/WMS/MRP systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organizational and time-management abilities High customer service orientation with focus on responsiveness and accountability Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make decisions that impact cross-functional operations Demonstrated ability to prioritize, delegate, and adapt in a dynamic environment Preferences: Experience leading teams in a manufacturing or distribution environment Familiarity with lean warehousing or Six Sigma principles Experience implementing or improving warehouse management systems Track record of measurable improvements in safety or operational efficiency Titles Encouraged to Apply: Warehouse Supervisor Logistics Supervisor Distribution Supervisor Shipping & Receiving Supervisor Inventory Control Supervisor Materials Supervisor Operations Supervisor
