Fulfillment Specialist
We are seeking dedicated Fulfillment Specialists to join our team in Northlake, Texas. You will be working in a state-of-the-art micro-fulfillment facility, which is climate controlled to ensure a comfortable working environment. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in processing and shipping orders for our Centralized Services Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. Responsibilities Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers. Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accountability. Verify orders and ensure accurate entry into the inventory management system. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all areas of the Fulfillment Center are orderly and free of debris. Adhere to quality standards set forth by management. Essential Skills Experience in packing, inventory management, picking, packaging, and material handling. Proficient with RF scanner operations. Attention to detail and ability to read and write in English. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willing to work a flexible shift. Able to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation. Capable of performing tasks such as pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
