Event Project Manager
for a long-term REMOTE opportunity with a Fortune 500 technology corporation based in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. This company develops, manufactures, and sells networking hardware, software, telecommunications equipment and other high-technology services and products. They specialize in specific tech markets, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), domain security, videoconferencing, and is one of the largest information technology companies in the world.

As an
Event Project Manager,
you will have the opportunity to:
Manage live and virtual event operations including scheduling, registration, communications, invitations, evaluation, reporting and logistics.
Build online event registration websites, surveys and communications using event management software.
Budget management and transactional operations purchase order process, budget, and invoice reconciliation.
Provide analysis and documentation of program aspects.
Handle administration functions required to support detailed program plans.
Work efficiently with high attention to detail.
Identify and resolve problems independently.
Ideal Candidate:
4-5 years of experience in event management/project management for an enterprise company.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using Event Management Software (Cvent, Pepe, Eloqua, Monday.com, etc.). Experience in Program Management, training enablement and digital event coordination.
Experience with Microsoft suite with a focus on Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Experience with Cisco WebEx Meeting, Training and Event Centers preferred.
