About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Technology to serve as a strategic leader in shaping and executing the organization's global technology vision and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the digital systems and tools are scalable and fit for purpose, supporting a mission-driven, globally dispersed workforce. This role involves leading the development and execution of a future-oriented technology strategy, evaluating and prioritizing technology investments, and implementing enterprise systems that are inclusive, accessible, and culturally responsive. The VP will also oversee IT operations, cybersecurity, and vendor management, and will be a key partner to the executive leadership in driving digital transformation initiatives.
Applicants for the Vice President, Technology position at the company should have an advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 12 years in technology leadership and at least 5 years in a senior role, preferably within a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
