About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Data Product Management Consultant in the Data Analytics and Reporting (DAR) organization that is a part of the Global Operations division of the Chief Operating Office. This position will operate within the contact center data, reporting, and analytics product and will contribute to the design, build, deploy, and operations of a contact center data product on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). In this role, you will: Lead data product initiatives Analyze data product challenges Resolve issues and lead deliverables Collaborate across teams Contribute to business processes Manage datasets with governance Maintain documentation and roadmaps Serve as cross-functional liaison Required Qualifications: 4+ years of data product or data management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Product ownership experience Enterprise data experience Contact center expertise Big data and cloud proficiency Business intelligence (BI) tool development Agile workflow tool experience Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, once a quarter for team meetings Hybrid work schedule.
