We are the preferred supplier of flight control solutions for the commercial, regional, business jet and advanced air mobility marketplace by offering a premier customer experience with superior engineered products that exceed our customer and regulatory requirements. We've broken ground with more-electric technology and electromechanical flight control systems. Looking ahead we're further improving flight control actuation for traditional and advanced air mobility (AAM) aircraft with new technologies and manufacturing advancements. Position Summary The Program Manager manages and is accountable for the contract performance for a Commercial Aerospace Program or Programs of moderate scope and complexity. Responsible for achieving business objectives throughout the program lifecycle. Serves as the primary customer focal point and ensures effective program management processes, schedule, cost, resources, risk, project change management, and commitments to customers are met. This role does not have formal direct reports, however, the person in this role does provide leadership through influence and is primarily responsible for a matrix team from varying cross-functional areas.
