Senior Program Office Analyst
to join our team onsite in
Washington, DC

In this role, you will support high-visibility Navy programs by providing expert technical and business analysis. You will play a key role in project planning, reporting, and coordination while supporting process improvements across teams. This role may involve mentoring junior teammates and leading collaborative work groups.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
You will serve as a senior contributor in complex project environments, leveraging specialized knowledge to guide organizational success. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Working on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state-of-the-art technical or industry knowledge
Collecting data and preparing organization-wide project status reports and analysis
Participating in individual projects to provide technical or business assessments, research, and problem resolution
Assisting project teammates with guidance for documentation, training, and best practices
Coordinating efforts to optimize cross-project resources
Participating in the financial and schedule assessment of completed projects and the development of future project roadmaps
Providing a leadership role for work groups through knowledge of specialization
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
10+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the US Navy, including on active duty, government civilian, or support contractor
Experience working with the technical authority (e.g., NAVSEA 05)
Experience working with US Navy Program Managers in an analyst role
Clearance Requirements
Must hold an active Top Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
