As Headof Commodity Management for Gas Turbine Auxilliaries
you will lead and develop a high-performing team of commodity managers. Your role is to develop and implement commodity strategies that support our growing business, increase resilience of the supply chain and drive cost out. You will collaborate closely with key collaborators in the business, such as the heads of procurement in each business and Corporate Procurement.

Develop and implement commoditystrategies for direct material for small and aero gas turbine auxilliaries
Improve supply chain resilienceand adjust sourcing strategies to changing global risk patterns throughdevelopment of suppliers in new sourcing regions and strong supplierrelationship management
Partner with cross-functionalteams to deliver commodity management services, offering guidance onreducing costs, managing risks, and new supply chain technologies andtrends.
Actively participate in thedevelopment Strategic Procurement based on the company's mission
What YouBring
Proven skills in managing teamsand developing people
University degree in a technicalor business related field or equivalent experience
A collaborative and inclusiveleadership style that fosters accountability and ownership within the team
Track record in commoditystrategy, contract management and capacity expansion initiatives
Capability to negotiate and tooperate in different cultures
Knowledge of working with aglobal supplier base, in a functional matrix environment
