About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Inventory Control Coordinator
to join our operations team. This critical role is responsible for managing inventory processes, receiving goods, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring efficient material flow within our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory control, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
1st shift: 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday
(Must be able to work 8-12 hour shift in a fast paced environment)
Pay:22/hr
Weekly Pay!
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately receive incoming domestic/international materials and enter data into the
AS400 inventory system
Perform
daily cycle counts
and participate in
physical inventory audits
Create manifests for material transfers between production facilities (
DOT certification required
)
Unload freight manually or using equipment such as
forklifts or pallet jacks
Inspect shipments for damage, quantity, and quality
Receive and inspect returned products
Ensure timely and efficient storage of materials for customer shipments
Oversee warehouse team performance and collaborate with Manager/Supervisor to address personnel issues
Train team members on inventory control procedures and protocols
Perform other duties as assigned by the Building Supervisor
Quality & Compliance Responsibilities:
Adhere to departmental and

procedures and work instructions
Support continuous improvement initiatives and document process improvement opportunities
Ensure
audit readiness
and participate in internal/external audits
Report all near-misses, accidents, or unsafe conditions according to company procedures
Comply with all
EH&S

ISO 14001
, and regulatory policies
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Proven experience in warehousing, inventory control, or shipping operations
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a
chemical warehouse environment
Familiarity with
AS400/JDE systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to
50 lbs.
(heavier weights with assistance)
Ability to work
8-12 hour shifts
in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Comfortable handling chemicals with proper
PPE
Must wear
ASTM F 2413-05
(or
ANSI Z41-1999
) safety footwear and
safety glasses
