Administrative Assistant

The role of the Administrative Assistant focuses on providing excellent administrative expertise and support to business leaders. Administrative Assistants perform a variety of tasks in support of these leaders, their leadership teams and the company including; calendar management, travel and expense support, while providing excellent customer service and acting as a strategic partner to leaders. Key Accountabilities
Manage multiple complex calendars Manage meetings and event coordination (may include all logistics for offsite, agendas, document creation, etc.) Create and proofread all materials for accuracies and clarity Manage phone calls, email, file organization, office storage and office supplies Manage global travel including; visa/passport request, travel arrangements, and expense reports Maintain organizational charts and distribution lists for all areas being supported Function as liaison for leaders in contacting individuals outside the organization Prepare effective and accurate PowerPoint presentations Data entry SharePoint site administration Other duties and special projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of related experience High School Diploma High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to integrate technology, tools, and capabilities into business processes Exceptional Customer Service and Customer-first mindset Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organization skills with attention to detail Ability to think pro-actively, manage multiple priorities, and changing work demands High level of independent judgment and decision making to analyze and resolve highly confidential of complex nature of work Strong partnership skills with ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization in a diplomatic and courteous manner High degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability to handle confidential information and topics appropriately Ability to influence others for effective and efficient results Strong learning agility Must be on-site a minimum of 3 days per week Additional Considerations
This is a Minneapolis, MN based position and is not remote eligible. International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $50400.00 - $69400.00 / Annually.
