From scheduling trailer appointments to maintaining accurate records, your attention to detail and communication skills will keep operations running efficiently.
What You'll Do:
Enter data accurately into warehouse systems to support real-time inventory tracking.
Schedule inbound and outbound trailers to align with production goals.
Maintain organized and up-to-date receiving documentation.
Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors, carriers, supervisors, and internal teams via email, phone, and radio.
Complete daily receiving schedules and resolve any discrepancies quickly and effectively.
Support receiving and shipping areas with hands-on problem-solving and coordination.
What You Bring:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Clear and confident communication abilities.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Successful completion of Math, Excel, Word II, and 10-Key assessments.
Physical Requirements:
Extended periods of standing and walking.
Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials.
