Client Services Coordinator

Senior Care & Gym Membership Reimbursement

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Build strong client relationships through regular check-ins, care plan updates, and in-person visits

Support client satisfaction by resolving concerns and coordinating with caregivers and schedulers

Assist with identifying opportunities for additional services and maintaining retention dashboards

Help organize client engagement initiatives such as newsletters, activities, and service inquiries

Collaborate with leadership to support revenue goals and improve service quality

Visit clients bi-monthly to assess service quality and satisfaction

Spend 2–3 days per week in the field visiting clients in homes, hospitals, rehabs, and facilities

Update and edit client care plans as needed

Coordinate client activities such as field trips and in-home events

Communicate with scheduling team regarding caregiver changes

Support internal growth efforts by identifying opportunities for added services

Assist with assessments and service inquiries when needed

Maintain client contact board and update retention dashboard weekly

Help manage the client newsletter and other communications

Follow up with leads and inquiries to support service expansion

Promote additional services such as gift certificates and special offerings

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School diploma, Associate's degree preferred and two years of related work experience in lieu of education

Has reliable transportation and ability to visit client homes in the assigned territory

Experience a plus, either formal or informal, in assisting a client or loved one with ADL's

Must be willing to be on-call one evening per week, one weekend per month, and at least 1 holiday

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, internet, and Outlook required

Ability to learn other software programs quickly

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
