Sales Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth and manage high-level relationships within the RV industry. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in RV OEM and retail channels, a strong understanding of the industry, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves strategic account management, business development, and close coordination with our OEM and retail rep groups to achieve revenue goals and expand our market presence. Sales Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue objectives for RV OEM and retail accounts. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both OEM and retail channels. Lead the sales process from prospecting to close, including proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closure. Grow sales with existing retail accounts, including Camping World, and expand OEM account value. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales operations, product) to align strategies and ensure account success. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including buyers, training staff, and executives at OEM and retail partners. Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Rep Group Coordination: Manage day-to-day operations with OEM and retailer rep groups to ensure alignment and performance. Provide rep groups with sales tools, training, and updates to enable revenue growth. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales performance against OEM and retail targets, providing regular updates to leadership. Use CRM tools to manage account activity, forecasts, and pipelines. Key Deliverables
Annually: Achieve sales targets for RV OEM and retail accounts, secure new strategic retail accounts, and maintain OEM account stability. Monthly: Deliver retail sales growth against monthly targets and ensure rep groups meet performance expectations. Track and report on sales performance, new account acquisition, and rep group coordination results. Daily: Manage account communications, follow up on opportunities, and coordinate with rep groups to address immediate needs. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Sales or related field. Proven experience in sales within RV OEM, retail, or related industries. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow accounts in both OEM and retail channels. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience managing rep groups and cross-functional collaboration. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Entrepreneurial by nature, with a willingness to execute getting into the details and doing the work when needed. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Working Conditions
