to lead new business efforts and expand market presence across North America. This is a high-impact role supporting a transformative product strategy aimed at reshaping how asset managers operate. Your Mission
Lead the full sales lifecyclefrom prospecting to deal closure Promote a robust suite of solutions across trading, portfolio oversight, compliance, and data intelligence Build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders at buy-side institutions Partner with product and strategy teams to deliver tailored, forward-thinking solutions Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning client needs with platform capabilities Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to strategic growth initiatives Support and mentor junior team members to elevate overall sales performance Your Profile
8-15+ years of enterprise sales experience in fintech, financial software, or capital markets Must have sold OMS/PMS technology into hedge funds, asset managers, and/or banks Deep understanding of asset management workflows and institutional client needs Proven success navigating complex sales cycles and engaging C-level decision-makers Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills Willingness to travel up to 50% Seniority level
