Our Financial Services client is seeking a BI Systems Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have in depth knowledge with Microsoft Project, Power BI, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Title: BI Systems Analyst
Location: Richmond (open to remote)
Pay Range: 55-65 per hour. this is a long term contract role.
What's the Job?
Develop and maintain complex schedules in Microsoft Project, functioning as a backend database for Colo program activities.
Perform data analysis, cleanup, and integrity checks to ensure accurate predecessor/successor flow and overall schedule quality.
Create custom filters and macros in MS Project to support automation and reporting needs.
Export and link data into PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel to enable automated, data-driven visualizations.
Support the transformation of schedules into Planview (PPM Pro), including daily data mapping and formatting tasks.
What's Needed?
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, including custom filters, macros, and data cleanup.
Experience with exporting data to Power BI, SharePoint Lists, and Planview for reporting and automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond to executive-level inquiries.
Advanced Excel skills and attention to detail in managing complex datasets.
A mindset for process improvement, data transformation, and proactive problem-solving.
