Southlake Nissan/Kia/Mitsubishi is growing and building our Internet Department. Thus, looking to add a Internet Manager for a full-time position. Previous experience is not necessary yet preferred. Applicants with Customer Service or Retail Sales experience tend to immediately excel. The ideal candidate must be responsible, reliable, a team-player, a quick learner, comfortable on the telephone, able to multi-task, focused, and able to handle a fast-paced environment. Although the schedule is flexible, the Candidate must also be available on Saturdays and some holidays which may be remote from home.

Southlake Auto Group provides a safe and respectful work environment. Therefore, Candidates are required to pass a background check and provide references prior to employment. Weekly salary is based on previous experience with the ability to exceed salary with a structured commission plan.

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.

Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.

Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.

Present initial financing options based on customer needs.

Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.

Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.

Utilize CRM tracking system daily.

Qualifications

At least one previous role based in customer service experience

Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve

Prompt and courteous demeanor

Positive and hardworking personality

Strong computer skills

Valid driver’s license
