The shift for this role is Monday through Friday 6AM - 2:30PM

Inventory Specialist
Our Inventory Specialist is primarily responsible for generating accurate outbound transfers to dispensaries and processors, as well as quality control for all outbound orders.
Your role in caring for our company:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP), operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.
Perform Quality Assurance checks on outbound orders and manifests based on Apex invoice.
Weigh and adjust bulk trim packages for wholesale deliveries.
Pull orders and prepare finished inventory for outbound delivery.
Conduct inventory audits, verifying accurate quantities and package numbers.
Perform Quality Assurance checks and generate reports for all finished goods entries.
Coordinate adjustments to invoices in partnership with the Inventory Manager and sales team.
Accurately pack batches as needed.
Communicate with customers regarding invoice updates, payment requests, delivery status, and other relevant order information.
Upload menu items to Apex.
Conduct third-party testing of products and perform testing entries in Metrc.
Assist with finished good inventory, vault audits, and vault cleaning as needed.
Complete all daily duties on time and accept additional responsibilities as assigned.
Maintain open communication with management and co-workers about daily production output.
Assist other departments as needed within the production schedule.
Work in environments with varying temperatures from 55F to 85F.
All other duties as necessary.
Qualifications we ask you to have:
At least 21 years of age.
Pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
High school diploma or GED.
At least one (1) year of inventory experience.
At least one (1) year of data entry experience.
Additional skills that will help you excel in your role:
Strong attention to detail, especially with delicate plants.
Ability to work well as part of a team.
Adherence to HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
Open communication with management and co-workers.
Strong work ethic; accountable and proactive.
Ability to work quickly in a high-production environment.
No allergies to plant materials or nitrile gloves.
Experience with Metrc and industry standards is a plus.
Good communication skills when interacting with customers.
Work Schedule/Location:
On-site 5 days a week.
Physical and environmental requirements:
Ability to talk, hear, handle objects, stand, walk, sit, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision, and focus adjustment.
Work environment typically low to moderate noise levels.
