Senior Manager, Branded Content Strategy
at Overtime. Overtime is looking for a multi-talented digital media professional to work cross-functionally across Production, Social, Sales, Commerce, and Tech teams on a variety of daily tasks and long-term projects. The role oversees ideation and strategy for Overtimes branded content pitch process, including leading brainstorms (and contributing ideas), writing concepts, pitching to clients, proposing talent, and building out production and rollout calendars. The Senior Manager monitors performance of all content, participates in wrap decks, presents results to clients, and offers recommendations for optimization and future improvements. Occasional nights and weekends may be required. What Youll Do
Lead Overtimes branded content ideation process Bridge Sales and Content to execute strategy and deliver content that aligns with Overtime and partner visions Write creative concepts for internal and external use Oversee collaboration between internal teams, especially Sales, Production, and Social Work with talent to manage schedules and produce social content Manage internal docs, including programming calendars and edit schedules Work nights and weekends, and potentially travel, depending on project slate Who You Are / Qualifications
6+ years of experience in the media industry Familiarity with all aspects of the video production process (pre-production to post-production) Strong appetite for consuming digital content; well-versed in social platforms Understanding of Overtimes social voice; ability to describe it to stakeholders Comfortable wearing many hats and bouncing between projects Self-starter who seeks opportunities to help others Fluent in the digital content sales process; experience with brands and ad agencies Creative with ideas for social content suitable for Overtime channels and brand sponsorships Experience pitching and explaining creative ideas to internal and external audiences Elite organization and communication skills; high attention to detail Compensation & Benefits
The salary range is $90,000$100,000 annually, determined by experience and skill set. Overtime also offers a flexible vacation package, health benefits, and stock options. Equal Opportunity
