ABOUT THE ROLE:
Division-D is seeking a Programmatic Supply Specialist to lead our CTV supply partnerships and support a broader programmatic inventory strategy across the companys many digital channels. This role will focus on identifying high-value supply opportunities, activating strategic deals, and collaborating across teams to deliver strong campaign outcomes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong follow-through, curiosity, and a drive to build. Success in this role requires proactive problem-solving and a genuine interest in shaping the future of programmatic media - especially in the rapidly evolving CTV space. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Build strong relationships with industry-leading publishers, SSPs, and DSPs to expand Division-Ds inventory offering Collaborate with sales and marketing to curate inventory packages and build go-to-market strategies around these offerings Work with Division-Ds account managers to source supply for unique formats and audiences to fulfill campaign goals Monitor and analyze performance of onboarded deals, identifying inefficiencies and working with relevant parties to address Stay informed on CTV industry trends, measurement solutions, ad tech innovations, and the evolving programmatic ecosystem Benefits

2-4 years of programmatic account management or relevant digital ad sales experience Operational experience managing CTV deal IDs within the industrys leading DSPs/SSPs Strategic understanding of the CTV landscape, including key players, inventory models, and market trends Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a data-informed approach to strategy Preferred qualifications
Pre-existing relationships with leading CTV publishers, AVOD services, OEM platforms Operational experience in The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, DV360, Nexxen DSP Demonstrated track record of leading successful company-wide supply initiatives
