Job Description Summary The Territory Manager will be responsible for leading revenue within our government accounts for BDs UCC Federal Healthcare Markets by creating strategic account business plans, developing relationships, demonstrating products, and achieving key business metrics which include revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction. The position involves working closely with nursing leaders, physicians, supply chain, contracts, customer care, marketing, medical affairs, case managers, and other key decision makers within the acute hospital and within non-acute settings as patients transition from the hospital to the home. Position scope Collaborate with nursing leaders, physicians, supply chain, contracts, customer care, marketing, medical affairs, and key decision-makers in acute and non-acute settings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drive sales revenue to exceed prioritized targets within assigned accounts. Apply data analytics to identify growth opportunities with current and new customers in GOVT PureWick (Acute and non-acute, like Uro Clinic, PCP, LTC, etc.). Craft monthly, quarterly, and annual plans built to meet and exceed territory quota targets. Develop and nurture strategic business relationships in key accounts and influential urologists who prescribe Purewick products at home and ISC devices for our veterans. Develop and partner with local VA and VA SCI Spoke and hubs to drive urology portfolio sales. Perform product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service as required or requested. Coordinate with dedicated Documentation Coordinator and regional supervisors. Complete requested and required administrative duties in a timely manner, including call reports, monthly results reports, and additional items as assigned. Attend and represent BD at local, regional, and national medical conferences. Visit Acute VA medical centers and LTACHs to educate on BD urology products and collaborate with KDMs for revenue growth. Position requirements Bachelors degree in business or related field or 4 years of military experience required. One to three years of sales experience, medical device preferred. Government/Military experience preferred. Ability to pass GOVT vendor credentialing/clearance. Required to live within territory. Travel 75% (including overnight travel) within the assigned region. Skills and proficiencies Results-driven, strong teammate and self-starter. Collaborator, operates effectively in ambiguous situations. Innovator with a strategic approach. Domain knowledge in Government Healthcare, business insight, understanding customer and BD profitability drivers, standard clinical workflow, and BD solutions. Salesforce.com experience preferred. Other information At BD, on-site collaboration is prioritized to foster creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving. Many roles require a minimum of 4 days in office per week, with flexibility and different arrangements for remote or field-based positions as indicated in the posting. BD is committed to investing in associates and offering a competitive compensation/benefits package. Salary ranges vary by location and experience. This role's estimated annual range is $80k-$148,500 (base + incentive).
