offsite Admissions Director
to join our centralized admissions team in Muskego, WI.
This is not a facility-based position. You will work from our central admissions office located in Muskego, WI. If you enjoy working independently in a structured, process-driven environment, this role is for you. What You'll Do:
Handle End-to-End Admissions Coordination: Receive and manage incoming patient referrals using Census Pro Input and verify referral documentation and background checks Conduct both financial and clinical referral reviews in collaboration with team members Coordinate with case managers, referral sources, and internal teams Authorization & Communication:
Manage all payer authorizations (including Medicaid Managed Care) Obtain necessary case management details and upload documents into PCC Ensure timely communication with admitting facilities regarding status and approvals Arrange required equipment and confirm logistical readiness for admission What We're Looking For:
Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience in healthcare admissions, intake coordination, or case management (SNF experience) required Skills:
Proficient with
Census Pro, PCC, and insurance authorization portals preferred* Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and compliance Confident communicator-written and verbal What You'll Get: Competitive pay
