QA Analysts (2 openings)
to join our new QA team. As a QA Analyst, you will test platform, solutions, and third-party integrations, while using
AI-assisted QA tools
to accelerate testing and reduce defects. Location: New York, NY 10022. Schedule: 3 days a week onsite. Employment type: Full time. Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain test plans for APIs, integrations, and user-facing features. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing across platform modules. Validate third-party aggregator connectivity and compliance with financial standards (e.g., FDX). Contribute to automated test suites in CI/CD pipelines. Use AI-enhanced QA tools (test automation, regression intelligence, defect prediction) to improve speed and coverage. Document defects, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure fixes are re-tested and validated. Provide clear, structured feedback to Product Managers and Developers. Qualifications
2-4 years of QA experience in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise environments. Experience writing and executing test cases for APIs, UI/UX flows, and system integrations. Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Postman). Exposure to AI-enabled QA tools (or strong interest in learning). Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communicator, able to collaborate across Product and Engineering teams. Benefits
