Receptionist Position

Key responsibilities include: Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and employees in a friendly manner. Handling mail distribution, package deliveries, and administrative support. Performing general clerical duties such as filing, scanning documents, and data entry. Maintaining tidy reception and meeting areas for a detail oriented appearance. Requirements: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related role. Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented demeanor and friendly interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
