Your Responsibilities
* Utilize our advanced platform to source potential healthcare candidates and tap into your existing network
* Engage prospects with MLR opportunities, gauging their interest and potential fit
* Schedule appointments for our recruiters to dive deeper into candidate qualifications
* Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and assist them through the hiring process
* Ensure your records are precise and updated within our applicant tracking system
* Generate commission by setting appointments, conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate placements
