Business Analysts
to join our team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented and analytical individuals who are eager to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, develop system-based solutions, and support technical implementations. What You'll Do
Research and analyze business problems to determine if system solutions are feasible and available. Identify business needs, design technical solutions, and create reports, spreadsheets, charts, and diagrams to communicate findings. Assist in the definition, development, and implementation of system-based solutions. Develop functional specifications and technical documentation for system changes, enhancements, and new implementations. Analyze workflow impacts and contribute to the development of optimized business processes. Support large-scale system enhancements and ongoing maintenance efforts. Assist in planning and executing system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Participate in the creation and delivery of training materials for end users. Troubleshoot application and system issues in coordination with development and QA teams. Provide Level 3 support for business-related system issues, analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving them. Collaborate with software developers and IT teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth system integrations. What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Experience in business analysis, system analysis, or a related technical role. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to define project scope and objectives. Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation. Understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations is a plus. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an advantage. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
