Job Description
A telecom client is seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex real estate and implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery. This role involves cross-functional coordination, issue resolution, and milestone tracking using tools like Fuze SPM. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, technical or project management experience, and the ability to drive process improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
? Lead cross-functional projects focused on Real Estate and Implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
? Coordinate resources across multiple teams and manage project schedules, risks, and milestones.
? Track progress using tools like Fuze SPM to document milestones, issues, and resolutions.
? Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate updates, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
? Identify and escalate issues promptly, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.
? Maintain clear communication with team members and leadership to ensure transparency and early issue detection.
? Develop contingency plans and ensure all project timelines and deliverables are met.
? Report project status to management and directors regularly.
? Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future project execution.
? Drive process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.

Skills and Requirements
3-4+ years of project management experience
? Knowledge of RAN Real Estate and Implementation
? Excellent organizational and communication skills (ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders)
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities at once
? Familiarity with project tracking and reporting processes Bachelors/Associates Degree
? PMP certification
? Experience with FUZE or similar project management and project tracking platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Monday, Smartsheet)
? Exposure to property management and vendor coordination
? Background in supporting macro site development, modifications, or new build projects null
