A growing HOA Management company is seeking a professional, detail oriented Administrative Assistant for immediate hire. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Must have prior administrative experience in a professional office setting. Responsibilities: Greet homeowners, guests, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take accurate messages Respond to general inquiries about HOA policies, procedures, and services Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upkeep, and/or deliveries Maintain and update homeowner records Assist in preparing newsletters, announcements, and mailings Support Property Manager with scheduling, document preparation, data entry Receive and log maintenance requests or rule violations Provide forms, applications, and general assistance to homeowners Monitor and restock office supplies Qualifications: 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong multitasking and time-management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Location: Garden City Beach, SC Pay: $17-$19/hr Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30 Address: 1110 London Street Suite 102, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577
