Interact with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistently with our values. Position radiographic equipment or x-ray film to produce images with necessary detail or contrast. Communicate effectively with patients and explain radiographic procedures. Provide staff and patient protection according to prescribed radiation safety standards. Maintain x-ray equipment and update patient information for accurate billing and RIS/PACS systems. Perform other related duties as directed by supervisors or managers. Graduate of an approved American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) program or current validated Registry from ARRT in Radiology Technology (R). ARRT (R), (CT) Preferred. CPR Certification is required. "> Essential Competencies: ">
Knowledge of RIS systems. Knowledge of PAC's systems.
