Summary of responsibilities

Positioned in a call center environment, provide inbound service to patients and customers for the Medical Marijuana Card Program and Payday Lending.

What you will do:

Answer incoming phone calls from customers and patients.

Required at times to initiate outbound calls to process work.

Interact directly with customers and patients in a professional manner.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you will need to succeed:

A minimum of 1 year's customer service experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Attention to detail

Analytical skills

Customer service oriented

A high school diploma or the equivalent
