School Food Service Manager needed for food service program. Monday through Friday, day shift, 7 hours daily, 7 am to 2 pm. No weekends, or holidays. Summers off. ServSafe certification a plus.
The ideal candidate is a hands on manager with a passion for cooking. You will need to thrive working in a small fast-paced environment.
Over see the operation on a daily basis.
Serving, food prep,etc.
Observe that the quality, and food safety procedures are being followed at all times
Prepare inventories, and month end paperwork.
Complete production records
Over see staffing needs.
