Why This Role Matters: Champion Quality Care: Ensure our PACE program delivers the highest quality, cost-effective medical care, making a tangible difference in the lives of our participants. Lead and Mentor: Recruit, train, supervise, and empower healthcare staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Drive Improvement: Oversee Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement programs, shaping the future of our care delivery. Make an Impact: Directly provide medical care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and management of medical conditions, while building strong relationships with community providers. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional medical care to PACE program participants. Oversee clinical operations and ensure quality of care. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate healthcare staff. Lead Quality Improvement and Performance Improvement initiatives. Develop collaborative relationships with community physicians and providers. Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. 100% on-site presence required at the clinic, in the community, or participants homes as needed. Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with possible on-call duties.
