Full-time / Exempt Essential Job Functions:
The Recruiter position is primarily responsible for calling and connecting with potential clients of the firm with a focus on setting appointments for the sales team. Recruiters must have a passion for sales, building relationships, and a desire to succeed. Applicants that are looking for a fast-paced environment, with unlimited upside compensation, and a career in sales should apply. Primary Responsibilities: Proactive outbound calls Quickly build relationships with prospective clients Utilize sales resources to stay organized and effective Schedule appointments for Senior Sales staff member Respond quickly and professionally to all inbound requests Meet set metrics for success Effectively communicate with peers, senior sales staff, and firm leadership Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred Sales background or experience preferred Ability to manage/utilize technology Core Competencies: Coachable and Competitive Strong verbal and written communication skills Driven by incentives and rewards Results driven Strong relationship builder Creative problem solver Optimistic personality **Compensation & Benefits: ** Compensation (based on experience) Base Salary: $40,000 $45,000 This is an exempt position Variable Comp - Monthly Annual performance bonus target 10% of salary
