As part of our Connected Supply Chain team, you will focus on optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will partner with clients to assess supply chain processes, identify improvement opportunities, and formulate strategies to enhance efficiency, cut costs, and elevate responsiveness. This role involves leveraging technology and data analytics to create a responsive and connected supply chain network.
In this leadership position, you will inspire and motivate your team to deliver quality outcomes. Your responsibilities include coaching team members, harnessing their strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. Your growing expertise will enable you to identify key opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Analyzing and identifying the interconnections within comprehensive systems.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum Degree Required : Bachelor Degree
Required Fields of Study : Accounting, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Health Administration, Industrial Engineering
Minimum Years of Experience : 5 year(s)
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree Preferred : Master of Business Administration
Certification(s) Preferred : APICS, APICS CSCP, APICS CPIM, ISM CPSM, ISM CSM, or ISC CPSD
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrated success in designing and implementing Kinaxis technology for measurable results.
Understanding of demand planning, its significance on inventory levels, and associated costs.
Ability to translate complex supply optimization analytics into clear cost and performance insights.
Strong quantitative analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and an understanding of overall supply chain performance.
Demonstrated leadership abilities include:
Familiarity with Kinaxis planning and control tower tools.
Knowledge of demand planning processes including demand data maintenance and forecast execution.
Experience in planning demand and supply across various industries.
Management of inventory levels with a focus on customer service.
Optimization of supply plans aligned with corporate objectives.
Understanding of S&OP processes and relevant performance indicators.
Assessment of existing supply planning systems to enhance demand fulfillment while achieving inventory goals.
Experience in supply chain network planning and capacity optimization.
Global inventory management execution knowledge.

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The final compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
