Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM (weekends as needed)

Job Summary:
Adecco is partnering with a client in Wallkill; NY and we are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Sanitation Associate to join our small but dedicated sanitation team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, follow directions, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all facility areas. Prior sanitation experience is preferred, and the candidate must be able to safely handle chemicals and production equipment.
Key Qualifications:
1-3 years of prior sanitation experience preferred
Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Works well with others and communicates effectively
Ability to follow directions accurately
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare production areas for sanitation by gathering necessary supplies
Restock supplies including soap, paper towels, PPE, and other materials
Maintain employee common areas, including light cleaning in restrooms, sweeping, wiping down walls, and taking out garbage
Operate floor scrubber and maintain sanitation of loading dock areas, spice storage, and other facility areas
Disassemble, clean, and reassemble production equipment
Inspect all areas to ensure full maintenance of the sanitation program
Ensure all high-traffic areas are cleaned daily
Assist in completing temperature and sanitation records
Follow all company food safety standards and safe chemical/equipment practices
Prioritize daily tasks to ensure all sanitation requirements are met
Notify management of any discrepancies and communicate actively with other departments
