We're seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to manage our Woodlands branch. As Branch Manager, you'll lead a team of 4-8 employees, driving performance, member satisfaction, and operational excellence. You'll champion a member-first culture, foster professional growth, and serve as a visible ambassador in the community to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

?? Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on accountability and continuous improvement

Facilitate weekly meetings and daily huddles to align goals and strengthen communication

Oversee staffing, performance reviews, and professional development initiatives

Identify and mentor high-potential employees to build leadership capacity

?? Member Experience & Sales Culture

Promote a member-centric, service-driven environment with a strong financial guidance mindset

Set clear performance expectations and coach staff to exceed service and production goals

Resolve escalated member concerns promptly and professionally

?? Operations & Compliance

Manage daily branch operations including lending, teller services, and member support

Ensure full compliance with federal/state regulations and internal policies

Maintain audit readiness, cash control, and operational efficiency

Leverage branch technologies to enhance service delivery

?? Strategic Growth & Community Engagement

Align branch performance with organizational goals to drive membership growth

Represent the credit union in community outreach and member events

Build relationships with Select Employer Groups (SEGs) and local organizations

?? Facility Oversight

Ensure a clean, safe, and professional branch environment

Coordinate facility maintenance and address issues proactively

Proven leadership experience in financial services or retail banking

Strong coaching, communication, and performance management skills

Deep understanding of branch operations, compliance, and member service

Ability to engage with the community and promote brand visibility

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Benefits

Salary range from $70,000 to $99,000 and performance incentives - Based on experience
